Our technicians service your pool once per week, normally, the same tech, the same day, the same time. You get to know your technician and what they do. They are happy to explain what they are doing, but remember, they are on a time schedule. All our techs are equiped with instant communication with the home office, repair department and factory technicians from around the world. 

Add or remove water in the pool, check chemical levels, vacuum your pool if needed, brush your pools floor and walls, clean the ceramic tiles, clean the handrails, clean the skimmer pot, emply the skimmer basket, clean skimmer cover, remove insulating blankets and reinstall, monitor the working pressure on the filter tank, clean strainer basket as needed, clean the filter as needed, clean and lubricate O-rings as needed, check and recharge chlorinator.  If stronger chemicals are needed, such as shocking the pool, our tech will leave written notes advising you when its safe to swim again. 

Our repair staff is able to diagnose and repair any problems that may arise from time to time with your pool or its equipment, such as pumps, motors, filters and filter elements, lights and lighting, and leak detection, location and repair.
